Two fields that overlap more than expected
My background is in agriculture — a BSc (Hons) from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University followed by an ongoing MS in Genetics and Plant Breeding. My thesis examines genetic variability, character association, and path coefficient analysis across blackgram (Vigna mungo) genotypes.
Alongside research I taught myself full-stack development: Laravel and MySQL for complete applications, React for interactive front ends, and enough Linux administration to deploy and maintain what I build. Most of it started from real needs I could see around me — students needing quick help, farmers needing clearer market access.
I’m most interested in the places the two domains meet: using statistical thinking from plant breeding to reason about systems, and using software skills to make research data and field work easier to manage.

Genetic variability in blackgram
Character association, correlation, and path coefficient analysis across Vigna mungo genotypes.
My MS thesis examines how yield-related traits vary and relate to one another across a set of blackgram genotypes. Correlation and path coefficient analysis separate traits with a direct effect on yield from those that act indirectly. The goal is to identify the most useful selection criteria for future breeding work on the crop.
